Some of Our Quick Favorite Recipes
GARLIC OIL….
.
~ Toss with cooked pasta, fresh basil, tomatoes,
salt and pepper to taste.
~Brush Garlic Oil on Steak, Shrimp, Salmon, Chicken,
Ribs and Grill for a fabulous taste.
~Toss with your favorite green vegetable, such as
Green Beans and Broccoli
~ Sauté’ fresh or defrosted cleaned shrimp in
garlic oil with a squeeze of lemon, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
~ Use a dark roasting pan, Pour ¼ cup of Garlic Oil
over a 3 ½ lb or larger, Perdue whole chicken. Add 5 cups of water, and
roast covered at 450 degrees for about 1 hour and 30 min. …Your chicken will
be nice and crispy and your home will smell wonderful! Check thigh for
completely done chicken. Add quartered red salted and peppered potatoes
the last 30 minutes of cooking time…a one pan dinner.
A side salad of your favorite greens, our Balsamic
Vinaigrette, S & P, Garlic oil and Antonia's Italian Seasoning adds the
finish to this perfect meal. Enjoy!
~ Toss garlic oil with salad greens
~ Bruschetta…
Chop fresh tomatoes, add garlic oil to taste,
add fresh cut basil, salt and pepper and feta cheese crumbles.
Brush slices of Italian bread with garlic
oil and broil for about 1 minute
Spoon tomato mixture on garlic rounds and
serve!
~ Asparagus…Cook one pound of asparagus in an 8 inch
Teflon fry pan
Cover most of the asparagus
with water…
Add ½ teaspoon salt and ¼
teaspoon sugar (sugar keeps the green color)
Cook about 8 minutes
Pour off water and add 2 Tab
Garlic Oil, 2 Tab Balsamic Vinegar
Sprinkle with salt and
pepper to taste.
Serve.
