VODKA SAUCE with GNOCCHI

 

~ Cook our Gnocchi in boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt till they rise to the top of the water…let stand covered for 5 min. Drain off water. Heat Vodka sauce and toss with Gnocchi. Serve with Garlic Oil Italian bread.
